Installing SQL server 2005 64 bit on 32 bit 2003 OS

Can you install 64 bit 2k5 sql server on 32 bit 2k3 OS, yes, no? if there is way then can anyone guide me.
thanks
Dereki do not know but I am guessing not. most software comes with a prerequisite list.|||No. 64-bit software requires a 64-bit OS.|||What benefit would you get from this? If the OS can not address the extra memory, SQL Server will not be able to.

Besides which, Microsoft says it is not supported: http://www.microsoft.com/sql/editions/standard/sysreqs.mspx|||You can't do this under any normal circumstances. While it is technically possible, there is no practical reason to do it.
