Instance NetSDK

I have a question about SQL Server / MSDE. Iâ'm trying install and to configure the documentation of the .NET Framework 1.1 but I have a problem because is necessary contain a instance: â'Local\NetSDKâ' (Local is the same the principal instance) second information about details of the configuration
Iâ'm working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 â' Personal Edition and I have listed in SQL Server Service Manager only: â'Localâ'
How I make to create the instance: â'NetSDKâ'

ThankI'm not sure why that SDK needs an instance of SQL Server with that
particular name, but I'd have thought it would create the instance during
it's installation...
Anyway, to create a named instance of SQL Server, you have to install it
again & you get the chance to provide the instance name during the
installation process.

Installing SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services

Dear All,

I've installed SQL Server 2005 Management Studio Express on my computer from

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/sql

Now, I would like to get SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services and Business Intelligence Developer Studio.

Can I go ahead and install "SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services" provided on the above link?

My question is, "SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services" comes with SQL Server 2005 Management Studio Express that I already have on my computer. When I install "SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services" , does it impact SQL Server 2005 Management Studio Express that I already have on my computer?

Do I have to uninstall Server 2005 Management Studio Express and

then...install "SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services" ?

Please head over to the SQL Server Reporting Services forum for more assistance.|||This thread started in SSIS forum...moved to SSRS.|||You should be able to install "SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services SP1" and "SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Toolkit SP1" right over the top of whatever you got with VS Express. I'm pretty sure the setup programs will just skip over Management Studio Express if it's already on the box.sql

Dear All,

I want to Install Visual Studio Team Foundation Server Beta 3 Refresh. It requires

Windows 2003 Server

SQL 2005 Server (Database Services)

SQL 2005 Server (Analysis Services)

SQL 2005 Server (Reporting Services)

Shareportal Server

I installed Windows 2003 and Shareportal Server. When installing Windows 2003 Server, It also installed Sql Server 2000 (Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - 8.00.2039)

Named instance as W2K3\SHAREPORTAL.

Then I install SQL 2000 Server all service.

Problem -

Now I am going to upgrade all these services. Other then Database Service all upgraded but Database Service is not upgrade.

My Current System Configuration is

Server - W2K3

Operating Syatem - Microsoft Windows NT 5.2 (3790)
Plateform - NT INTEL X86

Memory - 512 MB

Please help me.

Did you try and Upgrade? What was the error that you got?|||

It dosen't give me any error message at all.

But when I am trying to install Team Foundation Server it saying Error 2600.

I think that Office 2K3 install a named instance of MSDE SQL2000 on machine. And it will not upgrade through SQL2005 Standard Edition.

Now I format my system and Install fresh all these components.

my problem is solved to installing TFSB3
